A magical retreat experience
Waking up to the serene view of the private lagoon was lovely. The staff were warm and cute, and the spa treatments melted every ounce of stress.
The restaurant selections were limited , and we were disappointed that one of the key dining venues was closed for two days.

Very good and really kind staff and the place was fairly clean. Luxurious & exquisite room with a complete refrigerator and robes, as for instance. Marvellous premier location, in that one area. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Such a fantastic stay for four nights...

Had an amazing getaway with friends at this awesome resort! We soaked in the geothermal pool and enjoyed nature walks through surreal landscapes filled with bubbling mud pools. The spa was great, and we loved the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the massages and exploring the beautiful hiking trails nearby!
One downside was the staff's inconsistency in service. Sometimes they seemed overwhelmed and less attentive during peak times.

Reasonably large room with the things I needed. The location was premier and marvellous, on the restaurant at the retreat, better than I ever had before. It was also adjacent to a lagoon, a hike through the surrounding lava fields which was a fun experience, and restaurants: Lava and breakfast area.

The Moss Junior Suite amazed me with fine views of the lagoon and comfortable decor. Swimming in the hot spring waters was just very nice, such a relaxing experience. The spa facilities offered a perfect escape from everyday stress. I really enjoyed the delicious food, especially in the restaurant. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. Availability was limited. After checking out, I was disappointed when told I'd have to pay extra just to use the facilities for two more hours before my flight. That seemed unreasonable after spending so much for the night. The front desk staff could have shown more empathy in that situation. It was an enjoyable visit, with a beautiful room and fantastic amenities, but a few service aspects can definitely improve.

Had a blast enjoying the hot springs! The cold and hot jacuzzis were awesome. Room was super comfy, but we felt a bit rushed at checkout. The restaurant had delicious food options, so definitely check that out. Really nice views too, perfect to chill and watch the Northern Lights!
